Hudson Square Multi-Family Residence

MJ provided civil engineering services for the development of a luxury apartment community in the City of Cohoes. The project included 165 units within five-story structures, underground parking, and redevelopment of an adjacent park. The $25 million complex also features river views, a saltwater pool, bocce court, outdoor kitchen and putting greens.

MJ provided site design, water, sewer and stormwater design, landscape architecture, survey, parking design and assistance with the municipal approvals to for this new complex.
