Form Based Code Zoning Amendments

MJ is responsible for preparing Form-Based Code (FBC) zoning amendments for the area east of the Adirondack Northway at Route 146 in the Town of Clifton Park. The basis for this amendment is the FBC Town Center Plan, which had been adopted as part of the Town's Comprehensive Plan.
MJ coordinated with a working group and conducted stakeholder outreach and public meetings to discuss the potential zoning revisions and gather feedback. MJ generated and modified the Regulating Plan and Future Streets Map to reflect the amendments. This mapping was completed in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) utilizing the town's latest GIS-based data.
The amendments will be presented at a formal public hearing. MJ will also assist the town in compliance with SEQR.
