Blenheim-Gilboa Support Facility

MJ worked with C&S Companies on the phased design of the Bienheim-Gilboa Power Project for the New York Power Authority. The project involved the construction of a new 23,000-sq.ft. security building, a 36,000-sq.ft. purchasing warehouse, and an office building. MJ provided design and construction support for underground utilities (water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater), site layout and grading, access road and parking areas, erosion control and sediment mitigation, landscaping, and general site restoration. The project also involved a hydrogeologic investigation for the installation and evaluation of a new water source.
