At MJ, we are a family that supports one another; that is why it is of no surprise that we have continued our legacy of being a top workplace in the region. We chose to celebrate this momentous occasion with a company BBQ, complete with freshly popped kettle corn, ice cold lemonade, and enough barbeque to keep us full for a week! After a year of being cautious and being more physically divided, we could not have been happier to be surrounded by our staff’s smiling faces.
We are honored to be a Top Workplace. We know our success is largely due to the amazing culture everyone at MJ has fostered. To quote a Times Union article (May 23), “A culture of respect and connections among employees is what makes MJ, once again, one of this year’s top workplaces”. We know this to be true, as we have witnessed the comradery and thoughtfulness pouring down from our management that so thickly runs through our office. Even through a global pandemic, we have uplifted each other personally and professionally.
