CULTURE

From project collaboration to team challenges, annual traditions like our salsa/queso cook-offs and holiday ugly sweater contests to Valley Cat baseball outings, and cornhole competitions, community is at the heart of MJ.

Community

MJ was built on a foundation of community. MJ’s founder, Mohan Jaggi believed that employees should look out for each other, work hard together, and have fun. These core values are evident in daily life at MJ today.

Fun

MJ has a longstanding tradition of having monthly social events for our employees.  This includes our in-office cornhole tournament, ice cream socials, cook-off competitions, spirit week, company lunches and outings, and time-honored traditions like our firm’s Annual Ugly Sweater Contest which has been held every year since 2010.
