Construction progress on the new student housing development by Adam America Real Estate. The development is a five-story, approximately 191,400 NSF rental building containing 231 apartments, 556 beds, and 185 parking spaces. The project seeks to serve the University at Albany’s student population which currently has limited off-campus housing options within walking distance of the campus.
