MJ is pleased to announce the addition of Tanna LeGere as a civil engineer at our headquarters in Clifton Park, NY. LeGere earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy. Prior to joining MJ, she worked as a civil engineer for Ingalls & Associates, LLP in Schenectady, NY. LeGere’s experience includes site layout, grading plans, utility design plans, erosion and sediment control plans, hydrologic studies for residential and commercial development, and the design of residential waste systems. |

Kimberly Ross is the newest addition to MJ’s structural engineering group. Ms. Ross earned her B.S. in civil engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. She is also a LEED accredited professional. Ms. Ross has several years of experience on a variety of projects for federal clients, college and universities, utilities and municipal buildings. |

MJ is pleased to announce the addition of Xiaojian (Jerry) Xie, Ph.D. as a structural engineer at our headquarters in Clifton Park, NY. Dr. Xie earned his B.S. in Structural Engineering from Nanjing Polytechnic University in Nanjing, China and his M.S. in Structural Engineering from Southeast University in Nanjing, China. He earned his Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy. His most recent experience was as a research assistant for the George E. Brown, Jr. Network for Earthquake Engineering Simulation (NEES). Prior to that, Dr. Xie spent seven years as a structural engineer for Eastern China Structural Consultants, Inc. in Nanjing, China. His experience includes structural analysis and design, finite element modeling and analysis, superstructure and foundation design and building code compliance evaluation. |

This year, MJ embarks upon its 30th Anniversary and is pleased to announce the promotion of three engineers to the Associate level: Brian J. Cooper, P.E., Associate / Director of Engineering; Michael T. Lemme, Associate / Director of Technical Services; and Eric S. Williams, P.E., Associate / Director of Project Management. MJ welcomes Ehab Mina, Ph.D. to head up MJ's Long Island City Survey Group, which serves the New York Metropolitan area. Dr. Mina has a wealth of experience, having managed substantial survey projects throughout the world. He has a B.S. and an M.S. in Civil Engineering and has a Ph.D. in Geodetic Surveying from Zagazig University, Cairo, Egypt. Dr. Mina has performed extensive research in the field of land surveying and has published more than 12 papers internationally. Read more. |

MJ's New York City office has moved to a new, larger facility in Long Island City, NY to support our growing workforce. The move is a result of an increased demand for our engineering and survey services throughout the New York metropolitan area. MJ is currently working on several large-scale projects throughout the New York City area, including our on-call agreement with NYC DDC, Rehabilitation of Nine Bridges over the Van Wyck Expressway in Queens County, and Rehabilitation of the Bronx-Queens Expressway. |

Tiwari obtained her Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Indian Institute of Architecture in Mumbai, India. She went on to receive her Master's in Interior Design from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX. Tiwari's most recent work was as an Intern Designer in Texas. She has more than six years in design experience and eight years of AutoCAD experience. |

MJ is pleased to announce the addition of George Turner as a Senior Landscape Architect at their Headquarters in Clifton Park, NY. Mr. Turner has 13 years of experience in all aspects of land development including, landscape design, site layout and design, grading, associated construction detailing, site planning and zoning analysis, and stormwater management design. He is highly skilled in the development of computer visualizations. He has created numerous photo-simulations and 3-D renderings of high-profile projects, which adds a new element to the services MJ offers their clients. Mr. Turner has a degree in Landscape Architecture from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse University. |
